Man indicted in deadly Jackson gas station robbery
JACKSON, Tenn. — A man charged in the deadly shooting death of a clerk at the Bull Market last November will face a judge and jury.
Urshawn Miller was indicted this week on eight counts ranging from first-degree murder to evading arrest.
Investigators say he fatally shot Ahmad Dhalai as he tried to rob the convenience store on Hollywood Drive.
Miller goes before Judge Don Allen on June 6.
