Police say DNA links man to 2014 burglary of Jackson home
JACKSON, Tenn. — Jackson police have a man in custody who is charged with breaking into a home in October 2014.
David Heffernan is now charged with aggravated burglary and felony theft.
Investigators say DNA gathered from blood at the scene linked him to the crime at the west Jackson home.
