Election officials urge voters who have moved to update address

MADISON COUNTY, Tenn. — A Tuesday meeting of the Madison County Election Commission came with a reminder for local voters.

Anyone who’s moved since the last election is urged to check and update their address with the election commission.

Election officials say this will help things go as smoothly as possible once early voting opens in July.

Officials also tell us nearly 1,200 people have registered to vote since March.
