Weather Update: Monday, February 1 —

Good Morning West Tennessee. Its a cold morning to start off with temperatures in the mid 30s. The issue is that it actually feels a lot cold than it looks on paper. This is due to a persistent wind out of the northwest today. It is being produced by the difference in surface pressure between the Nor’easter along the Atlantic coast and Arctic High in the North/Central Plains. That will keep conditions rather breezy all day. That will keep wind chills generally around or below freezing today. The good news is that as the day goes along high pressire will clear skies through this afternoon for plenty of sunshine.
