Increasing Clouds, But Mild And Pleasant

Weather Update: Tuesday, March 16 —

Good Morning West Tennessee. A little chilly out this morning with temperatures ranging from the upper 40s to low 50s.  We will start the morning off with some filtered sunshine. There is already a veil of cloud overhead via high cirrus clouds this morning. They will actually thicken up as the day goes along. They are from an increasing Subtropical jet that is associated with a vigerous upper low near the Four Corners region. That same low pressure ultimately will be the primary driver for the events to unfold on Wednesday across the Mid-South and Old South. However for today we will remain completely dry with temps climbing quickly through the 50s-60s and into the lower 70s this afternoon.
