Giant rubber duck appears in Maine harbor
(CBS Newspath) — JOY: This huge rubber duck with the word “joy” on it is in Belfast harbor in Maine. Residents said the duck has been around for a few days, but according to the CBS station in Bangor, no one knows who put it there.
