Jeff Allan comedy tour to come to West Tennessee

HUMBOLDT, Tenn. – Fans of comedy, look no further. Jeff Allen is coming to Humboldt. 

The comedian who famously coined the phrase, “Happy wife, happy life” will be at Journey Church at 4 p.m. on Sunday, November 12.

Allen combines clean, inspirational, humor with the transformational journey of overcoming alcoholism and despair by finding joy in his life and relationship with god. 

“We’re wired for two things as human beings: worship and service. You will worship something and in order to really bring peace to your life, serve another,” Allan said.

Allen also just released his new book “Are We There Yet?” 

In this, Allen drives home the humor in everyday family life. 

He talks about the ups and downs of marriage, the challenges of raising children, the bliss of an empty nest and the joys of being a grandparent.
