Female body found in Gibson County identified
GIBSON COUNTY, Tenn. — Authorities confirm details regarding a body discovered this week in Gibson County.
According to Sheriff Paul Thomas, 46-year-old Brandi Wyatt was found dead Tuesday behind a mobile home.
Sheriff Thomas says deputies responded to a possible DOA at County Line Trailer Park, located at 253 Atwood Highway in Milan, where they were met by residents that had discovered the body laying behind a trailer.
Thomas says an investigation confirmed the identity as Wyatt, whose last known residence was in Milan.
Thomas shared that surveillance video was retrieved which shows footage of Wyatt in the trailer park “a couple times” before her body was discovered.
According to Thomas, no signs of foul play were found at the scene, and her body was sent to the medical examiner’s office in Nashville to determine the cause and manner of death.
Sheriff Thomas says if anyone has any information relevant to this investigation, contact the Gibson County Sheriff’s Office at (731) 855-1121.
