New seafood eatery celebrates grand opening in Jackson
JACKSON, Tenn. — “Seafood with a pinch of sass” — an exciting new restaurant joins the Hub City lineup.
Symon’e Seafood Station’s grand opening is being held Tuesday from from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Located at 936 Campbell Street in Jackson, the station serves everything from seafood loaded potatoes to stuffed fried fish sandwiches.
Owner Raven Collier believes that food is soothing to the soul, and shared how this restaurant came to be.
“I always have had an itch for cooking, I always have had an itch for serving others, serving our community, and I think seafood just kinda stuck out for me, it stuck out for me so I just dived into it and I started out seafood,” Collier said.
Symon’e Seafood Station is open Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
