New business in Humboldt recognized with ribbon cutting

HUMBOLDT, Tenn. — A ribbon cutting celebration was held Monday in downtown Humboldt.

Held by the Humboldt Chamber of Commerce, the event recognized Heritage Real Estate, Inc., a new business owned by Joan and Danny Smith.

The real estate company lists and sells property, serving mainly the Humboldt area and West Tennessee.

The company also works with buyers for those looking for property.

The Smiths share that they are excited to serve people and meet needs.

The husband and wife have been working on Main Street since 1964, in one capacity or another, and are grateful to now serve with their own business.

“It’s exciting for us to still be here on Main Street, serving not only our clients and customers but also our neighbors and friends and the people up and down on the Main Street of Humboldt,” said Joan Smith, broker and co-owner of Heritage Real Estate.
