Weekend preview: Events happening across West Tennessee
JACKSON, Tenn. — This weekend is full of activities for families to enjoy together!
Kingdom Support Solutions will hold their Mobile Pantry Food Drive on Saturday, August 24 at 10 a.m. It is a first come first serve event where the ministry will give to 250 families.
You must have a photo ID as proof of residency.
The West Tennessee Cotton Festival Car Show will be on Saturday, August 24. Registration begins at 8 a.m. and lasts until 2 p.m.
Judging of the cars will begin at 11 a.m.
“Antique cars and trucks, plastic cars and trucks. Late models, four by fours. Special interest motorcycles, a lot of different classes there. We’ll also have food at the event,” said Nicky Burgess, Crockett Mills Community Center board member.
