VIDEO: Altercation breaks out on North Highland

JACKSON, Tenn. — If you experienced a traffic delay in the Hub City late Monday morning, this could be why.

Several WBBJ 7 Eyewitness News tipsters brought an incident to our attention involving an alleged vehicle wreck that led to an altercation in the middle of the street.

Video uploaded to social media shows several people involved in the altercation, which took place on North Highland Avenue near Tinker Hill Road.

It’s unclear at this time if any charges were filed or if any arrests were made regarding the incident.

We’ve reached out to the Jackson Police Department who confirmed officers were dispatched to the scene, however no further details have been confirmed.
