Bethel University president speaks at rotary club meeting

JACKSON, Tenn. — The new president of Bethel University spoke at Wednesday’s Jackson Rotary Club meeting.

President Perry Moulds shared updates about Bethel and modern education. He also discussed hopes for the future of Bethel.

Moulds then spoke about how education is ever changing and how Bethel strives to be innovative and interdisciplinary in order to create new pathways for students.

Moulds highlighted that it’s the school’s hope to both educate students for success in the workforce and equip them to be great people.

“Our hope is that, when they leave our place, that they’re great productive citizens as well as productive members of their community and their organizations and one of the things that I say frequently is we care as much about who you are when you leave Bethel as what you do and both are vitally important,” said Moulds.

Moulds also shared that the school is blessed with phenomenal faculty.
