Chiropractic adjustments: A non-invasive approach to back or neck pain
JACKSON, Tenn. — Millions of Americans know the struggle of living with back or neck pain, in fact, a forthcoming survey from the Foundation for Chiropractic Progress shows a majority have experienced it at some point.
October is Global Chiropractic Health Month, and simple, non-invasive approaches can offer lasting relief, without the risks that come with reaching for a pill bottle. Exploring drug-free options is more crucial than ever, an approach strongly endorsed by the American College of Physicians.
“They’re promoting a drug free, pain care option first such as chiropractic. That will steer us away from potential chronic problems and deliver cost effective care,” said Dr. Sherry McAllister, president of the Foundation for Chiropractic Progress.
You don’t need to be in pain to see a chiropractor, the practice is good for preventing injury and increasing quality of life.
