Skating rink hosts annual holiday events for teens and youth

JACKSON, Tenn. — New Year’s celebrations are happening all across West Tennessee and one local business is ensuring that youth and teenagers are given an opportunity to celebrate in a fun way. Magic Wheels skating rink is hosting events throughout New Year’s Eve for youth and teenagers.

It hosted the annual event for youth 12-years and under earlier on Tuesday. They will be hosting the event at 7 p.m. for ages 13-years and older. Their last event of the night will be held at midnight, complete with a balloon drop.

With the New Year’s package, families receive 50 arcade credits, free hats and horns, and a free skate pass to use anytime in 2025.

“We’ve been doing this for the past few years now, so it’s something that our community enjoys. We have a lot of families that come out, especially during the daytime,” said Natasha Jarrett.

Magic Wheels will also be offering $5 skate nights every Wednesday night in 2025.
