McKenzie’s Old West Steakhouse destroyed by late night fire

MCKENZIE, Tenn. — We have an update regarding a fire that heavily damaged one local business Tuesday night.
Tuesday night, McKenzie Fire and Rescue were called to 15895 Highland Drive to respond to a fire at the Old West Steakhouse.
When they arrived, the building was completely engulfed in flames. Huntingdon and Carroll County fire departments were also at the scene helping to fight the fire.
Firefighters stayed on the scene for hours.
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is assisting McKenzie Fire and Rescue in this investigation. Further details regarding what actually caused the fire are still under investigation.
