Lexington man pleads guilty to drug conspiracy charge, sentenced to 17 years
JACKSON, Tenn. — One local man is facing 17 years in prison after pleading guilty to a drug conspiracy charge.
On October 15, 2024, Joshua Fields of Lexington entered a plea agreement in which he pleaded guilty to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute 400 grams or more of a mixture and substance containing fentanyl.

On Friday, January 17, 2025, Fields appeared in court and was sentenced to 204 months in prison. Upon release, Fields will be on supervised release for 5 years.
