Milan community enjoys some Easter fun
MILAN, Tenn.—And in another local county, kids are also enjoying some Easter fun.
An Easter egg hunt was held at Polk Clark Enrichment Center in Milan. The event kicked off at 3 this afternoon and continued until 5 this evening.
The Easter Bunny was there to greet all who came to hunt for eggs. And guests were treated to delightful tunes and a delicious meal.
There were also games to play and a variety of races held like an egg relay or bunny hop.
We spoke to Shelia Johnson, event coordinator, to find out more about events like this at Polk Clark Enrichment Center.
“We have a fundraiser fish fry coming up April the 19th at 12 pm. We also have a paint party coming May 12th and it’s for the ages 21 and up,” Johnson said.
The fun-filled event offered a great way to bring the community together.
