School systems announce early dismissals for storms
JACKSON, Tenn. — Due to severe storms in the forecast Tuesday, some local school systems will close early.
- Chester County Schools announced that early dismissal will begin at 2 p.m., with all after school activities canceled as well.
- Hardin County Schools confirm early dismissal will begin at 1:30 p.m.
- McNairy County Schools announced that early dismissal will begin at 2 p.m., with all after school activities canceled.
- Obion County Schools announced that early dismissal will begin at 2 p.m., and after school activities are canceled.
- Weakley County Schools announced that early dismissal will begin at 2 p.m. “with buses running accordingly.”
