Shooting investigation underway in Henderson

UPDATE: Man arrested in connection to Henderson shooting death

HENDERSON, Tenn. — The Henderson Police Department received an alert of a shooting that occurred at the intersection of Harmon and Laura Street.

The police department received the call just before 7 p.m. Sunday night.

We were able to speak with the Police Chief, Gary Davidson, to learn more about what happened.

“It’s on Harmon and Laura Street. The intersection right here. We got a call at about 6:57 or something like that tonight of a shooting. We got over here to one deceased male in the roadway. Basically TBI is helping with our investigation,” Chief Davidson stated.

Chief Davidson told us just before 9 p.m. Sunday night that they were still trying to determine a suspect.
