Doctor discusses new treatment for hot flashes
JACKSON, Tenn. — A new hormone-free treatment is now available for moderate to severe hot flashes due to menopause.

Hot flashes are a common symptom of menopause and one of the main reasons women seek treatment.
They can impact women differently. Some can last just a minute and others can last for multiple.
Dr. Diana Bitner, a certified menopause society practitioner, tells us more about this new treatment.

“Lynkuet is an FDA approved, non-hormone prescription treatment for the treatment of hot flashes and night sweats due to menopause,” Dr. Bitner said. “It is supported by a clinical data trial by the Oasis Clinical Program that was used to study the efficacy and safety of Lynkuet.”
Of course, it is always important to consult with your doctor about what you are experiencing. This is the best way to get the most effective treatment.
