McKenzie Police recap Christmas for Kids 2025

FROM THE MCKENZIE POLICE DEPARTMENT:

Christmas for Kids 2025 – A Night to Remember

The McKenzie Police Department and McKenzie Fire & Rescue are incredibly thankful to have been a part of this year’s Christmas for Kids program, where we were blessed with the opportunity to help 75 children from our community enjoy a memorable Christmas experience. Seeing the smiles, laughter, and excitement on their faces is what this program is all about.

This program would not be possible without the overwhelming support of our community. Because of your generosity, encouragement, and support throughout the year, we were able to raise the funds needed to make this night truly special. We are beyond grateful to serve such a caring and giving community.

We would like to extend a sincere thank you to all the agencies who came together to support these children and make the night a success:

  • McKenzie Police Department staff
  • McKenzie Fire & Rescue
  • Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA)
  • Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP)
  • Huntingdon Police Department
  • Carroll County Sheriff’s Office
  • Department of Homeland Security
  • Camden Police Department
  • Hosptial Wing
  • And all other agencies and volunteers who stepped up to help

A very special thank you to Huntingdon Walmart for their generosity, hospitality, and assistance in helping make this night possible. Your support played a huge role in the success of this event.

Events like this remind us how powerful it is when a community comes together. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for helping us make a difference and spread Christmas joy.
