JACKSON ROCKABILLYS RELEASE THEIR 2026 GAME SCHEDULE

Today, the Jackson Rockabillys unveil their 2026 game schedule at Rockabillys Stadium, attached below.  The schedule features a May 26 Opening Night and a six-game Opening Week homestand.  “Going into our fourth season, we again are proud to bring a brand-new player roster and new field staff to our stadium, one that should be highly competitive and entertaining,” notes Rockabillys President/GM Dennis Bastien,”our 40-man roster has players from over 30 universities from all over the USA and Canada, with outstanding players hailing from over 20 states.  Manager Matty Holem and his new three-man coaching staff, working with us, have assembled a team that should delight our great fans.”

2026 will again see a large number of additional events at Rockabillys Stadium, including a monthly Free Family Movie Night Series on our giant video board beginning in March thru October, as well as the big High School “Wes’ Tournament” in March, the 3rd Annual SSAC Conference College Tournament in April, the Black College World Series in early May followed by a new Spring Fair. Numerous other High School and college games are also scheduled.  Post-season and the Fall again will see music events, another giant fair (now a 10-day), car shows, Outdoor Expos, and the fall Talladega/GreenPower Electric Car Racing event.

“The Rockabillys are proud to be able to make Rockabillys Stadium the outdoor event center of this region. The many and assorted events, charitable fundraisers ( such as the DreamCenter game and the new StarCenter Flag Football event) that have been done, with many more to be added, have created a new culture at the stadium”, added Bastien.

The Prospect League, which was expanded in 2008 as the successor to the Central Illinois Collegiate League, which began in 1963, has become one of the top summer collegiate leagues in America. Now spanning 62 years, the PL stands at an ever-growing 20 franchises across eight Midwest and Mideast states, with two new teams (the 19th and 20th) in Kokomo, IN, and Decatur, IL joining for the upcoming 2026 season.
