Milan Utilities announces downed power line in Carroll Co.
CARROLL CO., Tenn.—Milan Utilities says an electric pole is down with outages in Carroll County. The teams are working to get that pole replaced.
The company released the following information:
“We have a Broke Three Phase pole on Highway 70 near Flippen Lane in Carroll County. We will have to take a large outage in the Carroll County service area to Isolate the pole and get it safe before we can set a new pole. We ask for your prayers as our team prepares to address the concern and patience as we take the necessary steps to replace the pole and get the line back up and energized.”
Milan Utilities also says outages can be reported via text message.
“With the threat of potential storms passing through our area this afternoon, I want to remind everyone that you can now text us to easily report an outage! Simply text (888) 464-1537 with your service address and it will be recorded immediately. We encourage the more details you can share the better it helps our crews prepare to respond. You can also share pictures in the text. Please Stay away from ALL down lines and treat all lines as energized until our crew has inspected them.”
