Trenton Teapot Festival announces 2026 parade grand marshal
TRENTON, Tenn. (WBBJ) – The 45th annual Trenton Teapot Festival has announced its 2026 parade grand marshal.

Nancy Fortner Hall, a native Trentonian, is a third-generation teacher and former businesswoman whose family’s roots run deep in the city.

Hall is known for shaping young lives in the classroom, then preserving local history as curator of the Fred Culp Historical Museum.
Hall is a supporter of the Gibson County Memorial Library, a two-time author, and made history as the first woman to serve as foreman of the grand jury. She held that role for 25 years.
“Some people would come back every few years, because it’s actually very hard to take it in at one time. There are over 500 teapots in the collection,” Hall said.
The PET parade and block party are canceled because of the weather. The Teapot Trot is still scheduled.
