MILAN, Tenn. — A six-month investigation into a meth ring in Milan ends with three arrests and guns and drugs off the streets. Thomas Carlson, William Shedd Jr. and Vincent Vandiver were arrested Monday by agents of the West Tennessee Drug Task Force. Shedd and Carlson are accused of selling meth out of a body shop directly across the street from Milan Middle School. After a raid on Sheppard and Wahl streets, officers seized $50,000 in meth, marijuana and prescription pills, eight guns and almost $16,000 in cash.
