Bobby Bowden speaks at Sacred Heart scholarship benefit

JACKSON, Tenn —  One of college football’s most iconic head coaches made a stop in the Hub City Tuesday night as part of Sacred Heart’s annual scholarship benefit.

Bobby Bowden spoke this evening to a full room of spectators.

The former Florida State head football coach told stories in his journey from playing at Samford university to making his way to big time college football and the lessons learned.

Bowden said his main focal point in all of his speeches centers around promoting leadership in every community.
