School Closings: Friday, March 31

The following schools will be closing early on Friday, March 31 due to the threat of severe weather:

Crockett County Schools (Dismissing at 12:45)
Decatur County Schools (All afterschool activities cancelled)
East Union Children’s Corner (Closing at 3:30 p.m.)
Haywood County Schools (Dismissing at 1 p.m.)
Jackson-Madison County Schools
- Elementary dismissal at 1:15 p.m. (including JASA, Rose Hill & Community)
- Middle and High School dismisses at 12:15 p.m. (including JCT)
Jackson State Community College (All campuses closing at 2 p.m.)
University School of Jackson (All afterschool activities, practices and games cancelled)
UT Martin
- The UT Martin main campus will close at 4 p.m. Additionally, the UT Martin Jackson Center, located at Jackson State Community College, will close at 2 p.m.; the university’s remaining regional centers at Parsons, Selmer, Somerville and Ripley will close at 3 p.m.
Weakley County Schools (Dismissing at 1 p.m.)
