Weather Update – 10:30 p.m. Friday
Mainly clear skies at first with light southwesterly winds at 5 to 10 miles per hour tonight. A cold front will approach the area overnight bringing breezy conditions and partly cloudy skies. Expect temperatures to bottom out in the middle 50s by sunrise at 5:51 a.m. Saturday morning.
THIS WEEKEND
West Tennessee will be under the control of high pressure on Saturday and Sunday meaning that our weather should continue to be mainly dry! Skies will be mostly sunny to partly cloudy on Saturday and partly to mostly cloudy on Sunday. High temperatures will be limited to just the middle and upper 60s during both days with gusty winds on Saturday.
NEXT WEEK
Scattered showers and thunderstorms will be possible as moisture increases in our atmosphere. Rain will be possible Monday through Wednesday with a brief break possible during Thursday. An early look at models shows a potential for most of West Tennessee to receive at least 1″ of rain over the next 7 days.
