Woman accused of stealing wedding dress from Jackson store

JACKSON, Tenn. — A woman accused of stealing a wedding dress from a Jackson retailer appeared Monday in Jackson City Court.

According to court papers, workers saw Rachel Thomas hide a wedding dress in items she’d purchased last Friday and then walk out of the store.

Documents show the $1,200 dress was on sale for $20.

Thomas is currently free on bond.
