A holiday train makes a stop in Jackson

JACKSON, Tenn.—It’s so much fun when Christmas comes to town! One local event put families in the holiday spirit.

Old Country Store is hosting their 5th annual Polar Express.

This allows parents and their children to spend a magical time together enjoying games and a movie.

The event consists of hot chocolate, cookies, a tour on the train and even a picture with Santa.

This experience will continue on the 9th, 16th and 23rd of this month from 8:30 to 11 in the morning, as well as the 15th and 22nd from 5:30-7:30 in the evening.

“We just were looking to provide a fun and safe Christmas event for the community,” said Jenni Clausing,  Old Country Store, activities and events coordinator.

Tickets are $10 for children ages 2-10 and $15 for children and adults ages 11 and up.

Children under 2 are free to enter.
