MIDDAY GUEST: A Night in the Caribbean
JACKSON, Tenn. – Representatives with Dream Center joined our show to share details on the upcoming “A Night in the Caribbean” event at the Carl Perkins Civic Center.
A Night in the Caribbean is set to be held on January 20.
The event will have catered dinner, comedian Shawn Reynolds and auctions.
Every laugh, bid, and donation goes to the Dream Center.
The support will help house women and children and break the cycle of homelessness.
“We provide services such as parenting classes. We have cooking classes, sewing classes, we have free counseling for the residents who reside there, and most important thing is we have chapel everyday because it is a faith-based program and it’s all about Jesus,” said Scott Thorson, a counselor at the Dream Center.
