Federal Suspects Appear in Designer Drug Case

JACKSON, Tenn. – Seven individuals indicted in the federal case that sparked the country’s largest designer drug raid, last week, appeared in Federal Court in Jackson, Monday. Akram Nag, reset for July 2 at 3 PM. Eddie Elsebae, plead not guilty, $20,000 bond; court date to be announced. Hussien Salloukh, plead not guilty, no bond; court date to be announced. Irene Rosas-Montalvo, reset for July 7 at 2 PM. Mohamed Khalil, plead not guilty, $20,000 bond; court date to be announced. Nazem Salloukh, plead not guilty; no bond; court date to be announced. Paula Nell Kirk, plead not guilty, $5,000 bond; court date to be announced.
