Man Found Passed Out in Another Person’s Home, Arrested

HENDERSON COUNTY, Tenn.- Henderson County deputies have officially charged a man accused of breaking into a home, ransacking the homeowner’s kitchen before allegedly passing out in the master bedroom half naked. Adrian Lamar Jamison is charged with aggravated criminal tresspassing after deputies found him asleep inside the home with his shorts pulled down around his ankles. Homeowners told WBBJ 7 Eyewitness News the suspect broke in, made a sandwich and drank wine before passing out in the master bedroom. Deputies said their investigation revealed there was no intent of committing an assault of theft in the home. They said Jamison wandered into the home, looking for a snack while intoxicated, then fell asleep. Jamison is expected to be in court, Tuesday.
