Girl, 6, dies after shot by younger brother
HOPKINSVILLE, Ky. (AP) – Police in Hopkinsville say a young girl who was accidentally shot by her younger brother has died.
The Kentucky New Era (http://bit.ly/11Trt8K ) reported the 6-year-old girl was shot in the face Sunday morning. Police Sgt. Mike Platero said the victim’s 4-year-old brother picked up a .38-cabliber pistol owned by the children’s grandfather and it discharged.
