DYER , Tenn.-The 911 call center in Gibson County is back to normal after a storm knocked it off line. Lightning struck the building housing the Gibson County 911 center Monday, shutting down the entire system. Workers found a way to dispatch emergency services by routing 911 calls through Weakley County.
