Nuisance Action Against Poise Lounge Continued

MADISON COUNTY, Tenn.- The owner of Poise Lounge told a Madison County court he believes the public nuisance statute used to close the business down is unconstitutional. The owner, Todd Krasner, who is representing himself was told by Chancellor James Butler before he can make his argument he must file a claim with the state attorney general in the next 30 days. But the chancellor did grant a permanent injunction against Carrie Mae Fowler and Donald Roig preventing them from every operating the nightclub again.
