Mutt Strut & Pawpalooza takes over Beech Lake this Saturday

LEXINGTON, Tenn. — A favorite event for animal lovers is returning to scenic Beech Lake this weekend.

The 2024 Mutt Strut and Pawpalooza will take place on Saturday, May 11 in Lexington.

The event features a 1-mile walk/jog around Beech Lake’s walking path, and of course — your dog is invited!

Registration begins at 10 a.m., with the walk to kick off at 11 a.m.

The Mutt Strut and Pawpalooza will also feature a cornhole tournament, live entertainment, raffles and silent auctions, a cake walk and cake auction, and bounce houses for the kids.

All proceeds will benefit the Frances Halbrook Hensley Animal Shelter in Henderson County.
