‘Day of Giving’ to support a West TN non-profit, concert held after

JACKSON, Tenn. — May 13 was designated as EJ Shelton Day by Mayor Conger on May 13, of last year.

This year, Shelton is planning to have a ‘Day of Giving’ on Monday, May 13th, to a non-profit in West Tennessee.

He is also planning to host a concert in Jackson that evening.

“You can expect every genre of gospel music to be represented from CCM to Hymns, Baptist, Quartet. It’s going to be represented. We have all this coming from out of state, and then we have local artists as well. They’re gonna be there. It’s going to be some great singing,” said EJ Shelton, Event Organizer.

The concert will be held at the Anointed House of Judah, located at 30 Will McKnight Drive here in Jackson.

Doors will open at 6:30 p.m.
