According to the Tennessee Supreme Court, the hearing will address the State’s motion to dismiss Petitioner Zach Adam’s Writ of Error Coram Nobis without an Evidentiary Hearing.
Earlier this year, a petition was filed by Adams’ appellate lawyer after co-defendant Jason Autry recanted his testimony.
The conviction of Adams was based solely on Autry’s testimony.
The hearing will take place Friday, June 14 at 10 a.m., at the Hardin County Courthouse before the Honorable Brent Bradberry of the 24th Judicial District Circuit Court.
