One person airlifted following accident in Madison Co.

MADISON CO., Tenn.—Dirt bike accident sends one person to hospital.

We were notified by a WBBJ-7 Eyewitness News tipster this afternoon around 2:30 of an accident in the area of Christmasville and Ashport Roads in Madison County.

We reached out to Madison County Fire Chief Eric Turner, who informed us that a single dirt bike accident occurred in the area with one occupant.

According to the Chief Turner, that occupant was airlifted to a hospital.

No further details are known at this time.
