2nd annual Jeeps and Jams festival prepares for return to Selmer
SELMER, Tenn. — A local event returns to celebrate community.
The 2nd annual Jeeps & Jams Off-Road Festival is tomorrow, August 17.
The event is from 3 p.m. till 8 p.m. at Selmer City Park.
It’s a no-charge car show with live music, food trucks and vendors. There will also be bouncy houses for the kids.
45 South, ‘I love McNairy‘ and the tourism department in McNairy County have partnered to host this opportunity.
“It is a community event where we have over a 150 4×4 off road vehicles that will come in and take over the park behind us,” said Kim Morris, president of 45 South.
The evening will close off with 45 South’s 3rd annual Independence Day fireworks celebration. It’s one of the biggest firework shows in the area.
