The local grocer will be accepting donations of non-perishable breakfast items throughout September
WHAT: Ruler Foods is partnering with local Feeding America Food Banks, to bring their “Rise & Shine Against Hunger” donation event to the 46 communities they serve throughout the Midwest. This September event supports Hunger Action Month, a nationwide effort to raise awareness about hunger and inspire action.
Starting on September 1, and running through September 28, all local grocery shoppers at Ruler Foods can give back and donate any non-perishable breakfast items to be donated to food bank partners in their community.

HOW: Grocery shoppers can visit their local Ruler Foods store and donate any non-perishable breakfast items benefiting their store’s local Feeding America Food Bank.
WHEN: Starting on Sunday, September 1, grocery shoppers in a Ruler Foods market can make donations at their local store. Donations will be accepted through Saturday, September 28.
