SoulQuest Church hosts family day

JACKSON, Tenn.—One local church offers a day filled with fun and fellowship.

SoulQuest Church presents a way for members to not only worship but also have some fun.

The unique event offered two separate service times, one at 9 and the other at 11 this morning. 

After the service concluded, members were invited to take part in several activities. There was a trunk or treat, petting zoo, bounce houses, and free food. 

Church members were also invited to wear their favorite costumes to the event.

“It’s something we’ve done for several, several years. It’s a way to get involved in our community, for those who are unchurched and that’s our main goal, is to reach people that our unchurched in our community,” said Christy Murphy, Director of ServeTeam.

This free event was open to the public.
