‘CLOSED Title’ holds grand opening ceremony for its Jackson location

JACKSON, Tenn. — One of the fastest growing title companies in the U.S. held a Jackson Chamber ribbon cutting Tuesday afternoon.

The grand opening celebrated CLOSED Title’s new location serving Jackson as well as the addition of Mandy Bates to the team. Bates will lead the office and growth in the market. This marks a significant expansion of the company’s on-site services in the state. Closed LLC is a Florida limited liability company.

“We do title and escrow together, some states it’s separated out so we do real estate closings. So we typically work with real estate agents, lenders and investors as our primary clients so we represent both home buyers and home sellers in the real estate transaction process,” said Devan Spinelli CEO for CLOSED Title.

The new office address in Jackson is located at 36 Sandstone Circle, Suite E.
