Jackson Choral Society presents “Seasons”

JACKSON, Tenn.—And it’s a season of giving as a local choral group presents its fall concert.

The Jackson Choral Society, under the direction of Zach Young, and with accompanist Mitzi Mathenia, presents “Seasons.”

The concert began at 4 Saturday afternoon at the First Baptist Church of Jackson located at 1627 North Highland Avenue.

“Seasons” is a unique vocal performance that transports audience members through the various seasons of the year and their own lives.

“We have a different repertoire every season. Two concerts a year typically and this one was really fun because we kind of took the whole gamut from spring time to summer to fall to winter, and I love leaving on that note of Merry Christmas,” said Sharon Stockdale, Secretary of Board for Jackson Choral Society.

Tickets to the show are $20 for adults and just $15 for students.
