“If you have a question, you can text TSA directly to get your question answered before you get to the airport so you do that by texting “Ask TSA,” and then you’ll get your question answered. If you do this during the day, you’ll have a live person who can answer any question you want,” said Oswald.
Oswald also talked about how Amazon’s ‘Just Walk Out’ stores – currently located in more than 20 airports nationwide – are making it easier than ever to grab and go to your gate.
