Sunset Valley Farms puts on 5th annual Christmas light display

HURON, Tenn. — One local farm invites you to their annual Christmas light show before their final night.

For their 5th season, Sunset Valley Farms invites everyone of all ages to come out and enjoy their Christmas lights before the season is over.

Here’s a sneak peak to what you’re missing.

“So its $30 a car to come through. That includes going in to see Santa. So after you do the light show, you pull down in the parking lot and park, come play in the playground, order food in the side window or in the drive through,” said Brian Muetze, owner.

Leaders with Sunset Valley Farms encourage everyone to stop and grab something to eat while you watch the lights or after. There’s even an upgraded play area for kids.

“We redid the whole playground and redid the walk through in the playground area. It’s lit up with luminaries and there’s the blow ups for the kids, really enjoy walking through that area,” said Muetze.

At their light show there is even snow for everyone to enjoy with the cold weather.

“We try to regroup everything each year and make different sets we did a little bigger — first responders set with a police man and fire man. We got our fire truck parked out there too. We added about six new big trees this year,” said Muetze.

Muetze shares what he asked Santa for this year.

“I’m taking a couple of weeks break. This has been a really long season. I start at 7 a.m. until about 9 p.m. every night. It’s a 7 day week job here, so I need a little vacation time with my grandkids and my kids. That’s what I asked for from Santa,” said Muetze.

Monday, December 23 will be their last night to enjoy their Christmas lights. For more West Tennessee Christmas light shows visit our 2024 Guide to the Holidays.
