Runners participate in Medal Madness

JACKSON, Tenn.—Medal Madness was held at North Park in Jackson Saturday.

The event began at 8:30 in the morning and runners could participate in a 1M, 5k, 10k, or Half Marathon.

Runners could also wear costumes during the marathon and finishers were awarded a unique themed medal.

Participation in the race earns runners points towards the US Road Running Race Series.

The next races are planned for May 10 and June 14.
