Hundreds Attend 20th Annual Soybean Festival

MARTIN, Tenn. — Hundreds attended the 20th annual Soybean Festival in Downtown Martin on Wednesday. City leaders said the versatile bean is a huge crop for the town, and it is being celebrated all week long in Martin. Various booths were set up on Lindell St. and they even had live performers. “I love shopping with the vendors,” said Jerrie Conley, who has been attending the festival for years. The Soybean Festival continues until Sunday.
